CNC Milling:
Johnford V-45 Vertical Machining Center with +-.0002" machining accuracy, 1081 in/min rapid, 45.5" X 26" X 25" table travels, Cat 40 Tooling, (2) speed 15 horsepower, high torque motor, 8000 RPM spindle.
Fadal
VMC-2216 X/Y/Z axes travel of 22” x 16” x 20” and rapid travel rate of
1000 inch/min. This machine has a 21- tool automatic tool changer and
10,000 rpm high speed spindle. For production machining we have the
optional high pressure coolant thru the spindle and a high accuracy Renishaw probe system for in process inspection.
Track DPM SX3 Bed Milling Machine 5 HP Table: 50" x 12" Travel :40" x 20" x 23.5" Spindle taper: Cat 40, RPM: 70 to 3950 vari-speed head, Electronic Handwheels.
CNC Turning:
Nakamura TMC-18 Turning Center with +-.0002" machining accuracy and 10 station tool changer. 15hp with 2" diameter capacity bar puller, 3 and 4 jaw chucks, 1 3/4" capacity collet system. Super accuracy for production machining of turned parts.
Our vertical machining center has a massive 45.5" X 26" X 25" travel, 1081"/min rapids, with a 2-speed high torque 15 horsepower spindle motor and a 24 station automatic tool changer.
Our CNC turning center has a 1081"/min rapid, 8" diameter capacity, 10 station tool turret, and a high torque 15 horsepower spindle motor.
All machines have a +-.0001" guaranteed accuracy for exceptionally close tolerance work.
